The Venminder Exchange lets fintech vendors preload SOC 2, SIG, OFAC and Cyber Risk artifacts once and share them with multiple bank clients. Vendors pay an annual listing fee plus optional premium placement. Faster due-diligence cycles convert to shorter sales; no classic commission, but Venminder awards referral credits for each bank that adopts the Exchange through a vendor invitation.
